Warranty

AAA Industries Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 674 245 062) offers a 2 years warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty covers all structural and mechanical aspects of the item, Including locks, gas struts, hinges, etc. 
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or negligence.
Warranty also does not cover any damage caused by natural disaster or severe weather events.

AAA Boxes does not offer a warranty for any surface damage that occurs to any toolbox, including scratches rust or any other surface defect that occurs over time. Any defect found within 24 hours of receiving the goods must be reported immediately to AAA Boxes, by either phoning 1300 662 606 or emailing info@aaaindustries.com.au otherwise the defect will be considered natural wear and tear. 
Warranty becomes void if product is used for an unintended purpose or altered in any way, unsatisfactory installation may also void warranty.
Items given away in promotion periods will not be covered by warranty.
Warranty does not cover theft or attempted theft of items or any damage which occurs.
Any item subject to claim must be reported to AAA Boxes directly or via email at info@aaaindustries.com.au.

Products needs to be returned to AAA Boxes stores with original proof of purchase. AAA Boxes will not be responsible for any expenses related to this return.
AAA Boxes will first attempt to repair before offering a replacement. All freight costs are liable to the purchaser.

If warranty claim is found to be illegitimate, all costs associated with the warranty claim will become payable by the customer.

AAA Boxes may not accept the warranty claim in cases where:

*The buyer has contributed to the failure of the product.

* The buyer has been misleading in their description of their issue or how it has occurred.

* Improper maintenance

* Repairs has been made or attempted by others.

* Product has been used in a manner that it was not intended.

Returns

If a return is required, our customer service team will contact you to arrange collection of your item.

AAA Boxes will not accept any return without prior consent.
Customer is required to pay return freight.
Any freight costs in the initial purchase will not be refunded.
All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee.
Customers are required to package the item adequately in order to avoid any damage during transit, any damage occurred during transport is not responsibility of AAA Boxes.
AAA Boxes is not liable for any items lost during transport.
